3D Robot Guidance
The robot automation method at the production site was accomplished through a passive method using robot teaching by engineers. CMES’ robot automation system is under supply contract with a global 3D scanner manufacturer to obtain high quality 3D data, which is essential for robot guides, and has its own 3D scanner manufacturing base technology. Development precise Vision to Robot Calibration Software, which accurately calculates the location of the robot's coordinate system to the 3D scanner coordinate system, and 3D matching algorithm for object recognition to achieve high-level guide precision. Compatible with ABB/Kawasaki/KUKA/Yaskawa/Fanuc/Universal root/Doosan/Hanhwa Robot.
